They had an excellent breakfast

Excellent hotel, with great food options, close to the airport. Very professional and friendly staff at reception. Large restaurant with a good menu and drink selection. Extremely comfortable bed and great views from the 8th floor. Shopping centre below provides further facilities if needed.

The St Regis Mexico is the best hotel in Mexico City. The service is second to none and the facilities are outstanding. From the moment you come into the hotel you are made to feel special. The room is so nicely decorated and the gym and spa are sublime. I have stayed here for business and also recently took my partner there for a special occasion. Would strongly recommend it. Location wise the JW Marriott is better as more things around walking distance, but the hotel amenities themselves...

This place saved me after having spent three nights in an awful accomodation. Checking in was a bit complicated thanks to Expedia, but the hotel were so kind they saw how stressful it was an upgraded my room on the second day.

The location and the use of the gym and sauna is excellent

Great hotel location not only for the Reforma business district but also only 30 minutes walk past the stunning Alameda Park and Palacio Belles Artes to the Zocalo Plaza de la Constitucion centeal square. Try the delicious Sonora Grill and do not miss out on the wonderful breakfast buffet. Pool and sauna a little disappointing. However gym looked well appointed.

Everything was on point. The only two points are: 1.pool and spa facilities are quite poor compared to other Four Seasons resorts. 2.Breakfast is unreasonably pricey as the actual buffet is not something super special.

Very good

Clean and convenient place to stay close to the airport

Great place to stay!

Great location and friendly staff. Safe and secure and lots of things nearby

Great location, wonderful service from all of the staff. Nothing too much trouble!

Having spent the previous 3 miserable nights at the NH in Mexico City, this hotel was a welcome relief. A warm genuine welcome, spotlessly clean modern comfortable rooms, beautiful restaurant with a delicious fusion menu, super staff throughout, superb roof terrace and just a relaxing, pleasurable vibe. The team went above and beyond to make our stay there memorable! Thank you.

Reasinable price and close to public transport and some restaurants
