"We really enjoyed the room. It was clean and the beds were amazing…slept like a baby every day. The private jacuzzi was awesome. It was a great way to unwind and relaxing after a few cenote tours. I really enjoyed this hotel, it was very classy, clean, and relaxing! I definitely recommend staying here…I would love to return soon."

"The property is very convenient as most restaurants and shop at one level. The staff is just amazing, from the welcoming to the check out, we were absolutely happy and we felt very welcomed. We got a room with a terrace and it was spacious and with great views. The food is absolutely amazing and so many choices. We loved the convenience of the shops including a Starbucks. "Great resort! Hotel transportation was on time, clean & friendly driver. At chk in offered us mimosas/beer. Lobby was decorated pretty for Xmas. Rooms weren't ready when we got there b4 chk in time but they gave us wristbands to use resort amenities so bring clothes to change into to use the pools. Resort view & ocean view are in the main lobby building & closest to the pools and beach, w/resort view still facing the ocean but on 1st floor. Marina view has upgraded rooms, w/big walk in showers...

"The staff was very nice and the food was surprisingly good - better than I had expected. The beach access was so convenient and no seaweed in November. If you're going to spend the entire day at the beach, you can rent a parasol."
