The owners made certain we were comfortable and most helpful regarding the nearby market for shopping, which proved invaluable for getting local ingredients for cooking meals. Nice, fully furnished kitchen as well! This is not resort life by no means as you hear local children playing in the streets and the sounds of barking dogs, etc. The walk to the beach is maybe 8-10 minutes but often across rough pavements so not advised for anyone with walking or mobility issues. The balcony, although...

The design, hacienda style, gardens, terraces and pool of the property were beautiful. The hotel Ocean Club at the beach was also wonderful great location not too big, not too crowded perfect beach and ocean views and sunset vistas.

A truly amazing experience! The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The attention to detail is of the highest level. The rooms are luxurious and the hotel grounds are stunning

Our stay at Rivera de Rio was fantastic. It is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. There are spectacular outdoor views from the pool and hot tub area and the interior is beautiful. The service from Martha and the rest of the staff was amazing. They are very welcoming and helpful. Definitely 5 stars. The frozen margheritas were incredible also.

Beautiful, spacious room looking out to Banderas Bay. Well maintained and well serviced. Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from. The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities. This was pre-confirmed to us as being included in the All Inclusive package,...

Beautiful hotel with stunning views! You cannot get a better view. The hotel is very clean, well kept, comfy beds, friendly staff, not too many people so you can always get a sun lounger and hardly any kids! I would defo stay here again without a doubt.

We stayed in several different hotels during our trip and this was the last one before we flew home (chose it as close to the airport) was set in very beautiful scenic grounds with lots of flowers & ponds/waterways & had fish and a peacock. We love to see animals around hotel. Hotel easily accessible with buggy & had lifts. Had a nice view from bedroom over sea but disappointingly the windows were screwed shut . Room nice but shower was fixed to the wall & no bath. The pools were fine but...

Near enough to good restaurants but quiet enough to be relaxing. Good rooms with beautiful views and quality restaurants in the hotel. Staff very well trained and clearly happy in their jobs.

Almost every element at Bon Hotel exceeded my expectations, the hotel, setting and most elements of the room were lovely the hotel as an entirety was exceptional. I would say 90% of the staff were at the same level of the standard of the hotel, we had some small issues - check in staff, smells in room furniture, but the pros definitely outweighed the cons, I travel everywhere and would very rarely go back to a hotel but Bon is one I would visit again. Especially after its next expansion. It was...
