The property is gorgeous and located in the perfect location with great views of mountains and ocean. Rooms are very clean, spacious and decorated beautifully with modern furniture and a lots of unique art. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly and makes sure that you are always comfortable. They also have a beautiful carousel and cute shop’s within resort accessible for all.

Fantastic stay! The food was excellent at every restaurant on property, and the service was great throughout. The staff were attentive and genuinely caring. The rooftop pools were amazing, with stunning views over the ocean. Rooms were modern and spacious. The overall vibe was upscale and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quieter, adults-only resort experience. I can’t wait to go back!

Stayed at the hotel multiple times in the past. Felt a significant decline in service. Check-in process was horrible. Did not seem attentive and did not want to make our stay feel special, which was odd because in the past the hotel used to go above and beyond. Food, resturant staff, poolside service were all good. Issue was with checking in and accommodation. Also horrible experience with concierge trying to force us into a timeshare tour and then try to take away the offer they promised us

My husband and I went to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary, it was our first time staying at a 5 diamond resort and we are extremely impressed! All the staff were amazing and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Delicious food on all their restaurants, however our favorite one was the Peruvian restaurant Misika. All the amenities were amazing. Will definitely be back.

Had a corner suite in the south tower. Views were amazing. Get the all inclusive package. Great value for whats included. The restaurants were very good for the most part. Just a few misses from what I ate. 24 hr room service was included as well. The staff was very attentive and the hospitality was great. If your looking to relax eat and drink then this is the place. I will return!

Did not like Expedia never told me the North tower was closed and the cost of food is so super inflated if you choose not to use the all inclusive. The cost requires you to do all inclusive, and then some of the best meals are not included. It was spectacular in Many ways with the pool views, some of the staff were Incredible especiallyNaomi the masseuse. Seems a bit deceptive the way they operate their food operation. Then tipping seems expensive due to inflated prices.

Hands down the best resort we’ve stayed at. Incredible food, outstanding service, and stunning scenery make it perfect for rest and relaxation. If you’re after nightlife or a party vibe, you’ll need to venture into the downtown area, as the resort itself is all about peace and quiet especially after dinner.
