"Great time"

"Nice resort with friendly, helpful staff. Food was very good with great options. "

"Loved the pool. Very clean, not crowded.Just wished we didn’t have to get to the pool early to “reserve” a desirable spot in the shade. A family member stayed at a neighbouring resort where reserving was not allowed (they had to sign a waiver). They said it worked very well and was fair for all."

"We had a great vacation, the facilities are very nice, good food at the restaurants, pools are great, excellent staff, amazing views, the only thing we didn’t like is that all the bars and activities are done at midnight and not enough garbage cans (by the pools)"

"Overall, it was a nice resort. Food was good, but not great. There was usually a good variety at the buffet, but that was hit and miss depending on the time. The ladies in the coffee shop were friendly, so we visited everyday. We didn't get to experience the beach as there were mounds of seaweed everyday. A few staff were pleasant but it seemed like others couldn't be bothered, not even a smile."

"Resort is new and very nice. Was not as fun or personable as other RIU resorts. We had partial Oceanview overlooking the public beach. Rooms very nice. Room service very basic. They charged us $25 to get the sheets changed as my son had got sick. We tipped $5 daily too... Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend. "
