"I can’t count the times I have stayed at this property. Before they remodeled it was my favorite stay in Miami Beach. We have come a few times after the remodel but this last time was a terrible experience. I travel with my elderly mother and to say we have spent a small fortune here is an understatement.
I usually request late checkouts bc my flight tends to be later in the day. Traveling with an elderly parent is difficult. This time when I requested it from a Melanie Rodriguez management...

"Property was new, clean, well maintained. Comfy bed, linens, and pillows, nice shower and Aesop toiletries.
Highly recommend having dinner at Pauline. Dinner was delicious and the staff were attentive, kind and fun.
Food was good at beach and poolside, although I almost always had to flag someone down to get service, especially when they were NOT busy, which was odd.
It was very crowded on the weekend, quiet and laid back on the weekdays.
Gym was great, had just about everything you could...
