"I paid for my room in full. Received an email to fill out a questionnaire which didn’t work. Was provided with a phone number that doesn’t exist. Had to walk to the location to only be given information from a guest, that I should receive an email with a code to enter the house, which I never did. The stay never happened because there was absolutely no information provided whatsoever after I made my transaction. I had to end up booking a room elsewhere "
