"A região é muito agradável, próximo a marina, vista linda, cheia de veleiros. Quarto muito confortável, grande, com cozinha compacta e banheiro enorme. Os móveis estão um pouco gastos, mas nada que atrapalhe o ambiente. O acesso ao prédio é através do hotel Arya, que funciona em conjunto. O estacionamento é no próprio prédio, mas para acessar vc precisa fazer o check in na recepção do hotel e pegal os cartões que darão acesso ao parking e ao andar do apartamento. "I stayed with Baba for medical tourism and this was a great place to stay. He was able to accommodate my need for a first floor room and honestly, staying with Baba was the best part of my trip to Miami. I cannot think of a better place to stay. It was very homey and comfortable. "

"This property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update the pictures are very deceiving. The sheets weren’t clean. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The washing machine looked filthy and the dryer wasn’t operational."
