"You paid for the room there was no pots and pans plates utensils glass ware or coffee cups there you had to order them separately your parking you had to pay for parking after already paying for a room then there was no available parking for you even though you paid the 195 dollars so when I found a parking space I parked and my rental car got towed for $125 dollars plus $25 a day on their property because there were people already parked in our registered area since it was on the boardwalk,...

"Great place to stay if you’re visiting Hollywood beach.
Nice good sized room, immaculate inside with kitchen equipment if you need it. Set back around 100 metres from the broadwalk and beach. Good dining options and shopping.
I arrived an hour before check in and they let me have a room with no waiting around. Free towels available for use at the beach and or pool. Air con in the room which was needed!"

"Check-in was very disappointing. We arrived before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time and were told that if our room was cleaned early, we could check in sooner. On top of that, our room had already been changed from the one we originally booked, which was frustrating.

"Even if the resort fee was included in my Expedia payment they charged me another tax at the front desk for no reason. The beds were alright but the bathroom was below expectation. Old peeling bathtub and leaky shower head and loose faucets. Noisy AC unit.
Location is great and it was moderately priced for the area so do not expect a Hilton."
