Good property. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good. They have a lovely outdoor space to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Gym area though is very small but this may not affect many ppl.

They had NO parking…. Several spots were taken up by a semi-tractor trailer as well as a truck with a dumpster trailer attached. When asked where to park they said anywhere. My feet were sticking to the carpet in the hallways. There was a funny order in my room.

Hi Brenda, We're sorry this was your experience. Hampton Inn's do not have room service as there is no restaurant on site. Complementary breakfast is provided from 6-10AM in their lobby area as a buffet style.

Clean and quiet location with ample free parking. Close to the mall and other restaurants. Breakfast options were very good and hot coffee available throughout the day. Would stay here again if we visit Miami

Jorge, All Hampton Inn's are pet friendly as per Hilton policies. If your room in particular, had an odor, in future, please notify the front desk. We would of accommodated you by either switching rooms or having housekeeping go over and do an even deeper clean for you.
