"Loved our stay. Our room was clean and renovated.
Beach is lovely.
A couple things need improvement.
Elevators were slow at times.
And most days I had to call for our room to be cleaned after spending the day on the beach you would think it would have been done by the time we got back.
But overall we loved it and will come back again soon!

"The first room had a flood from an overflowed sink when we arrived. My 13 yo son slipped and fell on the floor as a result. We were switched to another room that was leaking with water from the rain and the wind was blowing through the doors. We were offered to switch to another room but at this time we were too tired. "

"This was a very unpleasant stay from the very beginning. I didn’t receive the room I reserved and the room I received was dirty and small. There was bird feces all over the balcony. The valet retrieval messaging service displayed on ticket does not work, the front desk later tells us that it doesn't work and it took another 20 minutes to retrieve our car and we were late for our dinner reservations. The bathroom body wash bottle was nearly empty and never replenished. The bathroom pocket door...

"I stayed here one night before taking a cruise. My flight arrived at 5 PM, so I wouldn’t have had time to enjoy the beach or a fancy hotel’s amenities, so I saved money and I reduced logistics—I didn’t have to get from the airport to my hotel and the next morning I just walked downstairs and caught a cruise line shuttle to the pier. The hotel was clean and easy. There are several food options in the airport outside of security. I will stay here again."

"It was very dark in the room and there were no amenities. There was no clock of any sort. A bottle of very low quality wine was ridiculously expensive. I did not use the breakfast. There was an ice machine on the floor which was nice. It was very quiet in the room. The blinds blocked the light out very well. It was more expensive than quoted."

"I got Charged $50+ Dollars for breakfast. Had to ask for waffle mix. Sausage was overcooked and dry. Potatoes and eggs were cold. Had no fruit except whole apples and bananas. I could have gotten better breakfast at McDonald's for a lot less. Will not book here again."
