"Everything was excellent. Staff very friendly the manager (sorry I can’t remember his name) was so nice. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms were great. The refrigerators are awesome and have a freezer which was nice so we could have ice ice cream bars for the kids the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna and the shower. That’s right there by the pool along with the big bathroom for both men and women is amazing. It’s just absolutely wonderful everything about Tawas Bay Resort is wonderful. Outside...

"We had a hard time getting staff to answer at the front desk. We finally went down to the desk and found them sleeping in the back room. It was between 11 & midnight, they had a note on the desk stating they would be back shortly. We woke them up when we turned the light on in the laundry room."

"this is the 2nd Tru by Hilton we have stayed in and it did not disappoint! Everything was clean, breakfast was good but it ends at 9, that is a lil different but we still loved it! This location has a pool table down in the lobby, the other had another game table, i really like they have something for you to do. Its really welcoming."
