"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "

"An amazing fresh home cooked breakfast with local produce, excellent menu. Limited parking to the side of the hotel, plenty of street parking just outside. "

"Overall was excellent value. Very good breakfast and superb leisure facilities. Staff were great as well and room was comfortable. Only slight criticism is the restaurant food which is fairly pricy for the quality."

The pub & restaurant have an amazing wine selection, a superb selection of excellent beers from Lacons and fabulous food. "The staff throughout were courteous and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well heated on a cold day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful - great choice of cold and hot dishes. Hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of Norwich and with free parking, we caught local taxi to get around. Didn’t use the pool this time though it was good several years ago. Will definitely return again"

"Amazing stay, staff super friendly, great size apartment with all this amenities you could need. Fantastic location and felt safe walking late at night even though it’s off the main streets, bed comfortable. Great shower, would highly recommend. Overall soundproof but may need earplugs "
