"air conditioner in the room did not work when maintenance came it was like they knew about it and just suggested that we got a portable unit sent It was an evaporative unit Didn't do a very good job . the kitchenette was very basic with absolute minimal utensils and plates and bowls Two glasses One plate 1 teaspoon. it was a warm weekend Email and with no air conditioner there was relief and nor was there compensation given for a fairly high rate Room we had for the weekend."

"I was in room 807. Loved it!
The room was wonderful, the views were fantastic (but the windows could do with a clean. A bit dirty).
Loved the balcony, the amenities, the bed was soooo comfortable and the staff were fabulous! So friendly and helpful:
Will definitely stay again! ❤️"

"The breakfasts were excellent- the best I’ve had. The rooms are comfortable and the city view is beautiful.
We were unable to use our toilet for hours after arriving because it was so dirty and we had to wait for house keeping to come and clean it.
The hotel helped themselves to my money several times through my one week stay. I gave no permission for them to take money and had no way to check it was the correct amount.."

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small.
Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."
