"The staff were pleasant but we had trouble getting help with a piece of medical equipment when we were ready to leave. The location is quiet and the breakfast was good. Our only real complaint was that the floor in our room wasn't that clean. It seemed a bit sandy underfoot from the get go."

I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay."

A couple of things to note if you're a little bougie like I am- the bathroom vanity is one sink with one tiny strip of mirror so only one person could use the bathroom at a time. "The stay was overall pleasant it is close to alot restaurant and shops. Great proximity to colonial Williamsburg. Staff are friendly and helpfult. The one downside was that there was a strange sharp noise coming from the maintenence closet in our room that would go off in the middle of the night. Otherwise it was a pretty good."
