"A week before our stay, we called and asked for the possibility of an early check in and later check out. Check in is at 3pm. Whole purpose of my stay is I play in a band and I needed to be at the venue for soundcheck at 3pm, person on the phone from the hotel assured me there would be no problem with us checking in between noon and 1pm, we also requested the room I booked and the room our staff booked to be adjoining rooms, again was told by the hotel no problem. "Was there 3 weekends in a row. Check-in was smooth and easy. They normally serve breakfast at 8, but we needed a 7am breakfast and a note in the room said we could request it. First weekend was fair, as was the second. The third was better, as they left stuff for us in the fridge. They don’t offer much for breakfast, but we don’t eat much, so it was okay. Only real issue was the beds. Older, very firm mattresses, making it hard to get comfortable and sleep. Room 219 was the worst for...

"It’s clear they are upgrading and renovating this property. Our room was clean and recently upgraded. The grounds are delightful; we Sat outside for our morning coffee and enjoyed listening and observing 18 species of birds!"

"The water pressure in my room was poor. There were 5 circles on the tv that were visible, especially when the screen is black, the a/c sucked and the balcony was covered in spider webs and spiders."

"It is an older property which is kept very clean & well maintained. The gardens & the view of the lake are beautiful. There is a walk-along porch along front of building with a table & chairs for each room. A nice place to sit & relax & enjoy the view. The location is minutes to NH Pavillion & Weir’s Beach. I would stay here again."
