"Yajaira is the only reason I give this property 5 stars and an excellent rating. In the eight days I’ve been here I have witnessed how she acted more like a manager than the manager herself. No job is too big nor small for her. While management sat in the back she was trouble-shooting long lines of customers (more than any front office manager I saw during all times of the day), when a transient took over the main floor bathroom she handled it alone, although there were hotel employees in the...

"The room was nice. The staff at the front desk were the rudest individuals I have had to check in and out with. During checkout the clerk was more worried about what she was doing good on her phone the helping customers. The guy at check in was rude and looked like he was woken up when we tried to check in. Both during check in and check out I had to ask if there was anyone else there. Other than the front desk clerks it was a good experience ."

"The place was dirty and very dated. The carpets stunk and were dirty. They should be sued for calling what they served as breakfast! I will never stay at this hotel again! The only thing that made it somewhat tolerable was the friendly intake staffer."

"Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and laundry was closed for renovations. Was a disappointment for the kids but I guess just bad timing that we was there. A/C was not on in the halls on the 2nd floor (don’t know about the rest), but A/C in the rooms worked great. Overall wasn’t a bad stay just bad timing."
