"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Every part of the hotel (room, pool, lobby, fitness room, etc.) was clean."

"Older place, not much on scenery but had a freindly staff and very helpful. Room was clean and in a fairly quiet part of town, even with a Waffle House in a Cracker Barrel right within walking distance. I liked that fact that it's conveniently located just outside of downtown Nashville only like 13 or 15 minutes depending on traffic. Also liked that it was right off of highway and can go either to downtown or go to Coolsprings Mall area the other direction, both about the same time to get there....

"The hotel is being updated. Our room was 90% finished, but the halls were being worked on. Breakfast area and lobby OK. Not sure about pool. The now charge $20 extra for each pet."

"Convenient for where we needed to be in conjunction with our stay. Does need some remodeling—noticed dresser and nightstand in room where breakdown has or is occurring, caulking around tub and towel bar in tub has some mold growing. All that is just age related, like I said, needs a slight facelift and would not deter us from staying there again."
