"I arrived and I waited 30 minutes to even get into my room because it was the guys 2nd day on the job. I never even got a room key because he had to come let me in my room myself."

"No towels, no staff, one person at the front desk.. this was all during the Chris brown and usher concert. How are you understaff and have no towels. The beddings did not fit the mattress and had regular sheets as fitted sheets.. the one reason I stayed was because it was close to Nissan Stadium. However due to construction we still had to walk. Lesson leaned. Just stay where it’s worth it. I was so ready to get out of there. Never again!!!"

"The bathroom was not clean at all. There was dirt all over the shower and hair on the counter by the sink. There is almost no noise insulation, so I was awake at 5 am thanks to some other visitors being very loud after they stayed up until about midnight being loud. We than had to cut our stay short by one night and wanted to look into a possible partial refund for the one night that wasn’t used. I was told management would reach out to discuss the situation and never heard from anyone"

"Some sites rated this hotel as a 7/10, I’d give it a 6/10. Clean, but needed some additional elbow grease. Mattress needs to be replaced."

"The guy at the front desk was nice and very friendly. but the hotel, the building itself needs lot of updating and cleaning to do. it need full renovation! I will not go back."
