"We've stayed here a few times before. But this time we were very disappointed. We grabbed a few things hours before the check out time and took them to the car. 15 minutes or less went back up and house keeping had come into the room, put some of our food in bags and STOLE our autistic son's unopened cotton candy and left. They could obviously see all our bags there, so why didn't they leave right away instead of touching and stealing. No it wasn't worth a lot of money. Luckily I had my wallet....

"The Front Desk was very courteous and efficient. The hotel was totally booked and she was busy and still went out of her way to accommodate us during our late check-in. The morning people on the desk were also helpful when we realized several miles down the road that we had left important items in the room. We'd stay here again and not hesitate to recommend it to others."

"I asked when I checked in if I could cancel the following day reservation and the lady said no.
The hallway of our room smelled like smoke and pot and our room was overlooking the steps to where the smokers go out to smoke so had to keep the blinds closed as well. I was charged an extra fee of 71.00 US I think she said it was a damage deposit which I never heard of before in a hotel. I am allergic to smoke. The bathrooms look disgusting especially the bathtub and the walls were chaffing areas ....

"It is a very low cost option with great stores around the hotel. The floors in bedroom need to be mopped with water and soap and not just dusted. I bring my own microfiber towel to clean floors when I arrive. Hard to bet the price."

"Checking in was easy enough, but the front desk read my room number out loud when I checked in—that scared me a little as a solo female traveler. When I came in late that night I had no issue getting in, but the parking was pretty full. The hallways really needed to be vacuumed and the doors all had paper numbers that were either printed or hand written..I’m not sure if I came smack dab in the middle of a remodel or what, but I was only informed of a pool renovation. Just thought it was a little...
