"Beautiful very old hotel, but I found part of the front desk staff to be rather stuffy and presumptuous. We arrived at noon and they stores our bags he gave us some suggestions to sightsee then come back at 3pm. We decided to go to Murano and he rather insisted they would do taxi to a glass factory. ..."
