"This is an excellent place start-up. The room was very well decorated! Very nice! The bed was sooo comfortable. The room and bath were very clean and the workmanship was very well-done.
There were a few things still to do. The accessible room on the 1st floor was not quiet so a wedding rehearsal was right in there w us. There are issues with door entry codes, have a staffed, obvious check-in desk for service and directions to room. A posted guide to thermostat use, please have better coffee!...

"So bad. So totally dirty. This was my first experience with getting bed bugs. It smelled. Everything was sticky. So gross. I stayed 4 hours then got out of there asap. I avoided touching anything. Really really bad. Sheets were stained. Beds uncomfortable. No way would any of this pass inspection."

"The floor in our room was filthy. I took a wet towel and wiped the floor and the towel turned black.
The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty.
The floor would have been softer than the mattress.
Trains with horns ran all night.
Dogs backed and howled all night.
Other than that, it was great."
