Front Desk staff are unreliable and inconsistent, some unprofessional. Cafe Bartender refused to let us sit at an empty table (that stayed empty thru our whole meal). Housekeeping was great! Timely, efficient, thorough.

staff were great especially on reception when checking in. only drawback was a noisy guest in the room above us that was up around 5am pacing the room every morning.
