"Wonderful and characterful property"

"Lovely stay and friendly staff. They even came out to the car park to greet us. The property was beautiful."

"Wonderful place. The decorations are are stunning, the detail, the food, the rooms as well. The ammenities as well are excellent - the Penhaligon soap and lotion, etc. all top quality. The grounds are also something from a postcard, with sheep a small lake, hills and paths."

"I liked everything, from the delicious breakfasts, to the quaintness and lovely private patio in the back. It is right in the middle of everything going on in Stow; yet you can have a relaxed glass of wine in the back and get away from it all. And the staff are friendly and genuinely interested in you enjoying your stay!"

"Beautiful property. We were upgraded to a cottage which was lovely. Had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Beautiful inn and tea rooms. Loved my cute little room, than the back patio was so sweet and charming. Right near the Cotswolds way start/end point. Beautiful. Comfortable. Helpful staff. Good breakfast."

"Everything. We are coming back !!!!!!!"

"Great location. Staff were nice."

"On check in asked for a breakfast to take away due to a 5 am start the following morning Was told no . No air conditioning in the lodge just a fan . Very quiet location with no amenities round about . Room was clean with lovely views . Had breakfast the second morning which was nice . If you’re after a really quiet retreat then it’s for you ."

"What an idyllic delight!!! It’s an old home, but it was so comfortable! Our room was huge, and the breakfast buffet in the morning right outside our door was perfect. The tea & biscuits waiting for us in our room upon arrival were much appreciated, and I got to watch one of the most beautiful sunsets of my life over the sheep fields."

"A very nice place to stay"

"Sunny Nest is actually walking distance to the main area of Bourton-on-the-water. They have a farm with donkeys and goats, right out the back yard from the breakfast room. The owner lives on the lower level and has a nice display set up with Cotswold information brochures. There is parking on-site. Breakfast is excellent and the menu is varied. Aside from the usual English breakfast, you can get yogourt, fruit and other egg options and even smoked salmon. I would highly recommend Sunny Nest."
