"We went here due to an event we had. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was basic but clean. The lady at the breakfast buffet was amazing at trying to get everything as quickly as possible. Enough parking as well. Rooms were clean except there was a stain on one of the sheets from the pull out couch. Other than that it was great!"

"Disappointed in the pool area. They do not have an adult time. Parents do not watch their kids. Almost got jumped on a few times and throwing balls and slapping the water. Also, the floors are very sticky in the halls and elevator. Not the best experience."

"It's a beautiful building but we definitely wouldn't stay there again. We've stayed in many different hotels around the country, some more expensive, some greatly less. We've found that the we get More perks at the lesser expensive places. This place charges awfully high prices for the breakfast, for example if you get toast, cereal and Danish it's $12, if you want to add a hot item it's $18 , if you want to add an omelette it's $23 and a beverage is $5 more!! "My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!"

"It’s nothing personal, the staff was nice. Our nine-year-old child clogged the toilet, so, it wasn’t anything crazy, I went to ask for a plunger, and they could not find one. The only option was to move us to another room, which I did not want to do. I actually got in my car and drove to Cub Foods and bought a plunger, which I left with the hotel. They refunded me for the plunger the next morning, which I appreciated. My biggest complaint, the carpet in our hotel room was literally sticky....

"Rooms showing age and bathrooms need repair. Conveniently located to food and freeway. Lots of potholes in parking lot. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Trader Joe’s just up the street."

"This is a fantastic hotel for a family. First the waterpark. Super fun for adults and kids. They offer food and drinks for kids and adult beverages. The hotel has a bar and restaurant . But there is a Dave and Busters in the parking lot, Chic filet across the street , Dollar Tree , Crumbl Cookie and any other eating place or shopping place you could imagine is right there. Room was nice with bunk beds for the kids. Big parking lot. Would stay again for sure"
