"An excellent stately building with spacious rooms, a great pool & workout area, fabulous breakfast, excellent laundry room, and truly wonderful staff who really care about helping guests. We love it and have been back several times this year as our grandson was playing junior hockey in Minnesota near Plymouth. GREAT restaurants around and in Maple Grove as well."

"Breakfast was very good. There was no guide in the room which told the guest about certain amenities. I had to call the main desk to find out whether breakfast was included, and what the hours were... Finding channels on the tv was by trial and error, silce there was no channel listing.."

The hallways, from the entrance up to the guest floors, appear unfinished and poorly maintained, with stained and dusty carpets, unfinished drywall, plaster, paint, that give an unclean impression. Inside the room, the situation does not improve. There is a persistent musty odor, and visible mold is present on the bathroom ceiling. Moisture...

"I’ve stayed here approximately 6 to 8 times in the last few years and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff is always helpful and super friendly, the rooms are very clean and updated, and it’s a great location. "

"Old hotel in need of renovation. The first room they put me in was stuffy and smelly and right next to service elevator (even after I asked for quiet room). I asked for new room. Manager was very nice and accommodated my request. Breakfast was average at best."

Main gathering room was redecorated with all alcohol ( Whiskey) glass bottles in the cabinet. Where’s the beautifulness of room decorating. Very expensive for a Hotel for prices. Rate this Hotel 3. "Bugs and spiders in shower, horrible stains on mattress cover and sheets, currtains were torn, ceiling in shower coming down, door in bathroom coming apart from water damage. Needs a remodel bad. For the price it is what it is. "

"If you have to travel to the Twin Cities area, Maple Grove is a nice option out of downtown yet close enough to everything on the 494 loop. This Hilton Garden Inn is tremendous amongst those options. We checked in at 9:50, and the manager alerted us to the restaurant/bar closing in 10 minutes. 10 minutes before close on a Thursday, most restaurants are busy in their shut down procedures. Fred not only kept the kitchen open, but we had a steak that was better than most places calling...
