"Fire alarm went off at 2:17am, went to front desk they weren’t to concerned about. We had that problem last week. Went off again at 3:35 am. Fire department knock on the door at 4:15 am. No offer to comp room. 4/25/2026."

"The towels were stained! Walked all the way to the front desk where the front attendant was not friendly at all, and got 2 more and they were stained. Room itself was fine. The door didn’t extend all the way to the ground, so there was about an inch space open at the bottom. It cost $100 to stay there, and wouldn’t stay there again."

"Avoid at all costs. The photos used to advertise this hotel are completely misleading, the real rooms look nothing like what’s shown online. The condition of the property was unacceptable. My room was dirty and in poor repair: water-stained ceilings, cracked walls, holes near fixtures, and burned electrical outlets. One room didn’t even have a smoke detector, and had exposed extension cords and electrical tape connecting a makeshift LED lighting fixture. It felt unsafe and neglected. I ended...

"The property is not clean. The room was clean however the lobby has old worn furniture, the carpet is extremely dirty throughout the property, there was no hot water in the bathroom, the room smelled of stale cigarettes. For the most part the staff was friendly. There’s is always one who is difficult and there was one but overall the staff was friendly. "

"They advertise queen beds and they are doubles. The rugs are so dirty my socks where black, they need a renovation job. People where smoking pot and I ended up be very sick. It is far from downtown but we uber it back and forth. I would not go back "

"While the room itself was OK and large, it was by no means a suite. The only thing suite-like was the full-sized refrigerator. An average sized microwave, but no burners or oven or dishes that are common in your standard extended stay suite. A couch, but no separate living room. The biggest disappointment was that the hallway just outside the room was a construction zone, complete with orange cones and torn up carpets. "The property was well kept and clean. All of the staff were pleasant from the front desk to the room cleaners. The room was perfect and I loved having a mini fridge and microwave. We would recommend to anyone for work or pleasure. "

"When we checked into our room it was dirty. Cups were left in the sink,the floor had not been mopped,stains on the couch,and the living room table had sticky stains and hair on it. If you are bringing a device to hook up HDMI on the tv it may not work. However,front desk staff was nice, always present and went over all amenities."

"Parking lot needs several large pot holes fixed. There is some mold in the shower ceiling. The staff was friendly but I called and asked for towels and the front desk told me I can come get them. I probably wouldn’t return. "
