"As a paying family of 5 who required the sofa bed, we were disappointed to discover that the linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. This was our second hotel of the trip and the second hotel that did not have what we needed. Very disappointing. Not only that, but one of the cards did not work to open the door. Pros: hotel lobby is welcoming, plenty of options for snack and drink purchases, decor for every holiday, breakfast buffet is good, 24 hour coffee, popcorn in the evening, excellent location to the area, and a/c in room worked well. "We had the best stay! We stayed for 9 days, our room was always cleaned and had new towels, the beds were comfy and the staff was amazing!!! Everyone was so kind and happy! The one thing we didn’t like was the parking was tight in the front but they didn’t tell us about the spaces in the back! There is another parking lot behind the building! The breakfast was perfect and always stocked up! Deff worth the stay!"
