Worst stay ever!

The lady checking you in is very friendly and helpful. I was travelling with my wife and three children and on first look everything seemed ok apart from being made there was no central heating due to a fault but heaters would be provided. On return later the cracks began to show, the toilet and kitchen area were not clean and all plates/cups had to be washed be washed even though there is a dishwasher in the kitchen as they were stained/greasy and hadn’t been washed. The cleaning products provided were old and stained. The main bathroom was unclean with urine stained toilet roll next to the WC. The lock and handle were also broken which was a hazard to the kids using the bathroom. As for sleeping I’ve had more comfortable sleeps on the floor! The bed was missing slates meaning you were waiting for them to pop out underneath you. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, pillows not existent as they were that thin as was the duvet. The sheets were cheap and with everything made of polyester, they were the hottest thing to seep under in a postage stamp sized bed. Certainly not home from home and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place based on my stay.

Apartment was in need of renovation. Blinds were battered meaning there wasn't complete privacy without spending a load of time adjusting. Could have been cleaner.

Perfect

Overnight stay with friends for a celebration. Very good communication, with greet upon arrival in order to show us the building and room facilities. Apartment was clean, equip and perfect for our stay. Will definitely recommend.

Great apartment for a nice weekend away

Came here for my boyfriends birthday. The apartment was nice and pretty clean, the host was kind and helpful. The only downside is that the lifts weren’t working but luckily we were on first floor- although this was up 3 flights of stairs. Our apartment had a beautiful terrace aswell and nice view. I Would stay here again

Nice place with a great location!

Nice and clean apartment. Great location with so many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable though.

The apartment was spacious and in a good location, loved the view! The owners met us for easier check in. The beds were very comfy! As nice as the apartment was unfortunately it was tarnished by a dirty living room, it didn’t look like it had seen a hoover in a while with bits all over the carpet and the sideboard near the tv was dusty and had sticky marks over it, also the remote control was dirty and disgusting. The ensuite shower head was leaking water and there was no ‘proper’ holder for the shower head which made showering tricky! Also it would be a good idea to put a bath mat in the apartment for the main bath and a welcome pack with how to operate the tv, oven, heating, wifi etc would also be very handy!!! Smarten those few bits up and this would be one really nice place to stay!!

Extremely noisy neighbourhood

I was not very happy at all with the stay. Arrival was great with a really helpful and friendly host. But the location is extremely noisy with many bars open until well past midnight, the soundproofing of the window was very poor, there are no curtains, just poor quality blinds, and with some much noise it was baking hot because we had to close all windows at night. I would not stay again.

Disappointed with the state of the apartment, luxury it was not! Toilet wouldn’t flush half of the time, fitted wardrobe door off it’s hinges so only propped up, generally unclean and in serious need of some TLC. Photos on the website very misleading. On a positive note, the host who met us to gain entry was very nice and helpful, just a shame the apartment itself was a let down.

The place is great near the city centre close to everything u need for a short break and i would like to commend ARJUN for being so understanding and helpful due to bad weather trains are all delayed and cancelled, he is patience is waiting for me to check in. What a wonderful service and a gem to his company. Looking forward to book this apartment again.
