Norreport metro entrance is about 50 yards from the hotel, and is a central metro location, but also walkable to bakeries, food courts, Rosenborg Castle, etc. Room was clean and had every amenity we needed. The check-in and check-out process were both easy, and the staff were very friendly."

"We arrived late at 2.30am. I was travelling with my autistic child. First thing we found was an injection needle (used, you could see the blood on it). I was really in shock and informed the team via phone. He told us, it is not possible to get another room or to remove it until next morning. (My child was crying all the time). As we had 4 hours delay because of a cancelled train, we only arrived in the night and my child has to sleep. So we decided to stay and looked forward to get a new room...
