"Lovely building and very close to town centre, all the staff are lovely - friendly and helpful. Our room was ok but not as clean as it should have been, only 1 set of towels on arrival, shower gel was empty. All got resolved though as soon as I requested. We hung up our towels to re-use but they were changed each day. Free bottled water provided each day and good tea and coffee set up. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - plenty of choices and really well done. Menu only, no buffet for...

"It was a nice place and clean until we pulled the sofa bed out and it was dirty, a quick hover wouldn't have done it any harm. Overall its a nice place to stay, we did try and phone the numbers given to inform of the condition of the sofa bed however not one number was answered, we ended up getting the caretaker, who was 100% helpful"

The place is a joy to stay at set in a beautiful area, well located to amenities, very quiet, no noise or hassle from owners, well equipped internally, good internet, easy parking, comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom and great value for money. "We used the spa which was lovely, everywhere was clean and tidy could have done with a refresh on the bed head board , staff very good, breakfast a bit disappointing as it was in pots to keep warm , which sort of steamed everything"
