"Chambre spacieuse et tres propre "

"One of the workers agreed to give us 5 hours late check out for €50. We tried paying on card but he tried to take us for a fool by saying its not working and he wanted cash , however we relaised a button for currency conversion needed pressing on the card machine to work, we paid this and given a recepeit, the morning staff called us at 12 woken up me and my pregant wife and told us to leave and said that they did not do late check out , we have been forced to leave and no money refunded "

"The location's awesome if you're there for an event at the Expo or stadium. There's a subway stop right by the hotel entrance. Convenience store and restaurant are also very close. The staff helped me with a tech issue. They're all super friendly and helpful. I loved that the heating was always on full blast, especially since it was freezing outside. The room's pretty basic, but everything was clean. The only trouble is the shower; you can manage it, but you gotta be careful not to splash water...

"Excellent throughout. Hotel is a grand building and in pristine condition. Rooms are beautiful, especially the bathrooms with separate roll top bath and walk in shower."

"The hotel had the best location for the Christmas market and walking to the city centre sights. There was a really nice atmosphere and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was very tasty. The room was really comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful, especially when we had an issue with our door code. "

"Propre, neuf ,grand et confortable. Personnels convivials et sympathiques. L'endroit est légèrement a l'exterieur du centre de la ville. Secteur avec beaucoup de commerces et bars. Petit bemol sur le prix du déjeuner qui sont beaucoup trop dispendieux et sur la porte de la salle de bain qui manque d'intimitée, surtout pour une chambre à 3 personnes, donc avec généralement 1 enfant. Pour le reste c'etait parfait."

"I would highly recommend this stay for anybody! Alex the host was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived before check in and he allowed us to come in early and drop off our luggage and gave us a tour of the property. Breakfast was nice and we even met his dog Luna :-). We were a block away from a portion of the Christmas markets and about 8 minutes from all the downtown shops and sights. Stop looking and just stay here!"

Besonders beeindruckend ist das Konzept des Hotels: Von der Lobby über die Aufzüge bis hin zu den Zimmern ist alles der Kunst gewidmet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer in den oberen Etagen bieten zudem eine atemberaubende Aussicht über Brüssel, was den Aufenthalt noch einmal besonders macht. Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Hotel, das ich gerne...

"Staff very kind and helpful. Decor modern and minimalist, very clean. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Nice shopping nearby. Quick walk to central train station. Uber to airport €35 reserved in advance. Breakfast for €34 was mundane. (More like a US interstate motel than an upscale property) but other features of the hotel make up for that if you eat breakfast at a nearby coffee shop. And back to the best: staff warm friendly welcoming and helpful! "

"Really nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff right in the centre of town. Beautifully decorated, large bedroom with a GREAT shower. It is in the process of being refurbished so there were a few teething problems but nothing that disturbed my stay, and I would definitely book the hotel again when in Brussels. I should note that there is some noise at night, but it was minimal and would be expected with such a central hotel."
