"도착전에 다른 사이트의 후기를 보다가 매우 나쁜 평판들이 많아 있어서 불안했으나 막상 도착해보니 방(5층 이용)도 매우 청결하고 직원분들의 응대 역시 친절했으며 관광포인트와도 매우 가까웠고 주변에 맛집들이 많아 매우 좋았습니다. 다만 욕조의 수전이용시 작은 검은색의 찌꺼기들이 나와서 수전관리가 필요해보입니다. 샤워기를 이용하면 괜찮으니 물 자체의 문제는 아닌듯 싶고 샤워기 이용시 샤워줄을 잘 조정하니 수압문제는 괜찮았습니다. 옥상에 있는 바는 유료이니 여유있게 음료를 즐기면서 좋은 뷰를 감상해보면 좋겠네요. 자체 주차공간을 갖고 있으며 나가기전에 벽면을 따라 정지선을 잘 지면서 녹색불이 들어오면서 차고문이 열리니 참고해야겠습니다. "

"Buen hotel, habitación pequeña y oscura, hace falta iluminación, pero muy limpia. Ubicación un poco solitaria pero cerca de La Grand Place. Lo mejor el personal de recepcion, Pascual y Andres. Pascual fué de gran ayuda la noche que nos robaron pasaporte y celular, nos comunicó con embajada colombiana y nos colaboró en todo. Bruselas está inundada de carteristas y esto nos lo avisaron en los trenes y al llegar a recepción....y sin embargo le pasó a mi hermana. Gracias al consulado...
