"The hotel is conveniently located near the Brussel North Station. In barely 3 blocks away you are at the hotel. The front staff is very welcoming an ego to help you when they computers are not down. The bar area is extremely small and they do have life music, which cut all the possibilities to have a business meeting. "A bunch of Gen-Z hippies in a wanna be 4 star hotel that feels like a hostel full of poor students. Zero amenities in the room, want an early check in? you’ll have to pay, even though the room is available, want to get your room clean? it will take them 8-9 hrs. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. "The air conditioning was malfunctioning the whole weekend. Our room was 28.5 degrees. The entire hotel was hot, including the restaurant, spa, and pool area. The bathroom was moldy and smelled rancid. The hotel should have provided vouchers for us to switch to a nearby hotel instead. It was not a nice weekend at all."
