"Memoir is a strange blend of residential property and hotel. Its association with the Common House adjoining is not very clear, although this is a great asset to the property (note that common house closes at 5pm on a Sunday, so if you’re staying on a Sunday night this is no use to you). "Free onsite, secure parking. Room was very clean. Loved the seating area. There is a water filler for filtered water. There is some construction next door but rooms have a sound machine to help with the noise AND earplugs are provided. Excellent location. Street car line right across the street. Great restaurants and bars close by. 10/10 will stay here again. "

"We had a great day at the Saint Charles Inn. The property was spotless and smelled great and the staff was helpful. Unlike big hotel chains your room will be cleaned every day. Having the Superior Grill attached was a wonderful perk. Check out the happy hour specials. It is also right on the street car line for convenience and two blocks away from Robert’s fresh market, which is my favorite gourmet grocery store. Parking is free and gated. It is walkable to several nearby bars and restaurants....
