"From arrival at Nongsapura Ferry terminal , till you return, everything is seamless. Staff are super helpful and approachable. It was easy to book massage and lunch/dinner reservations. Booking the bugee, ordering in room dining all seamless through Whatsapp. We encountered an issue on our 2nd day where we couldn’t enter room ( card/ lock issue). Thank you to the team it was resolved in 20mins. Only feedback would be to improve/ maintain room etc better. As some of the furniture looks a little worn out, but very basic stuff. Excellent stay. There isn’t anything much/ restaurants etc outside near the resort. So if you stay here, it’s super relaxing cause there’s no need to travel out. "

"Wifi was not stable and signal kept dropping. Frustrating and took time to reply to my emails. Room was quite dated and please do not believe the pictures on the website. The toilet tiles were stained and heavy black build up between the grouting. I choose a non smoking room, but clearly there were other rooms smoking on the same floor. Better hotel rooms in the city at that price point. "
