"Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"We particularly liked the breakfast every morning and the happy hour from 5-6. The staff was extremely responsive. "Our first room's thermostat was not working properly (stayed 74 Farhenheit the whole night with high fan mode) so they switched to another room the next day which we were grateful for. However, the new room had mold at the corner of the shower booth as the water was dripping constantly from the shower head and one of the nightstand's light wasn't working. The breakfast area was too crowded. It is close to other places. Valet parking waiting time was not bad at all. However, I am not sure if we...

"They didn't have enough staff and that meant rooms werent as ready as they should have been"

"The location was great. Near the Philadelphia Art Museum and close to restaurants. But they had scant front desk service. And way too many high tech amenities which were frustrating to use. The hallways were not lit until you stepped into them. A little scary as there was a delay before they turned on. I’d go back if I were going to the Philadelphia Art museum but I’d stay at a more traditional hotel if I were visiting other historical sites."
