While there is no concierge, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, instructions were clear and easy to understand, and I received quick responses to any questions. Location in old city is excellent and provided a good base for exploring Philly. Highly recommend"

"We had an AMAZING STAY here during MLK weekend. Our room had a gas fireplace and balcony. Downstairs is an Italian restaurant (Panorama) and a great bar with -124 wines on tap. Look them both up! We went for a night to watch an event at Xfinity (15 min Uber). We loved it so much that we booked an extra night. Special shout out to the staff (Antonio and Robert) that greeted us. They were VERY accommodating and looked out for us. Antonio hooked us up with a really special evening once he found out...

"Honestly 5/5 experience and room. Very welcome front desk staff and the rooms were fantastic. Downtown Philly is awful for getting affordable parking, but at least they have a deal with a parking garage 4 blocks downs to get half off parking. "

"This is my new fave spot!! I stayed with my family and the place was cozy and clean. Very spacious, new and clean appliances, communication was very fast and helpful. It’s center city so the parking was a bit tough and expensive* but other than that everything was amazing. "

"My first time staying at “The Canopy” rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and great to talk too. Sony at the front gave some good advise on where to go for certain foods and parking which I was aware of rates Canopy had. Tori the hostess was very kind. Definitely my must stay when I am in Philadelphia again. "
