"They don’t provide amenities like body lotion and reception informed us on check in that you have to request to clean room and sometimes if they are busy they might not be able to do it there. Room is very compact not much space for luggage but bathroom is more spacious. We just requested for towels every day during our 4 nights stay"

"The entrance, lobby area, and breakfast area were very clean and welcoming. As someone else commented, this hotel is "very tired". The hallway on our floor (4th) and our room smelled yucky/musty/hard to describe. Also, every single room door on our floor was covered in scrapes and scratches. The bed was comfortable. The door going into our bathroom had been kicked in at some point, obviously no effort to patch and paint it. The toilet paper holder was broken,no big deal, as the counter was right...

"Pool and hot tub were excellent. One pool wasn’t working so it was good that they had 2 indoor pools. Breakfast was an excellent breakfast! Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. We requested a quiet room so the front desk person put us on the top floor which was nice. Very close to the walkway to the mall which is super handy."

"Very, very friendly staff the breakfast could’ve used a little more variety. The waffle Iron needed to have spray out so you could spray it before you put your batter in the kitchen. Help said they only spray it once every morning and didn’t eat anymore. And a map of the area around the motel would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much."

"The hotel was pleasant, but my fridge wasn’t working and when I went to check if it was plugged in, there was a bunch of trash behind the fixture. Just little stuff that didn’t make me feel great about the price I paid. I didn’t mention this as it was our last day. The staff seemed very nice though."

"Very central location. There was a good selection at breakfast. The parking fee of 15$ plus additional handling should be mentioned on the hotel website. Staff was friendly. Some of the upholstry in the lobby and room were stained and not inviting to sit on. Otherwise the room was clean."
