"We had a great stay at Motel 6 and were very impressed with how accommodating and helpful the staff was. The young man who checked us in was especially helpful and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to get an early check-in for a small fee, and we were also offered a late check-out option, which we really appreciated.
The only downside was that the first room we were assigned had a noticeable urine smell. I completely understand that this is a pet-friendly hotel, so I know...

"This was one of the worst customer service experiences. The ONLY kind person working was Jay.
