"Location is what its all about in Porto and this location was perfect...just literally around the corner from the Porto Cathedral and an easy (well uphill or downhill) walk to the train station. The accommodations were fine...we were two adult couples so be aware that one room was a loft overlooking the kitchen and sitting area. It does have two baths...one is downstairs and one is up. "The hotel is difficult to reach from a main road and one must walk up a very steep incline to reach the hotel which is poorly marked. No reception with difficulty in obtaining the entry codes. Then we were place at the very top room which had a very tight winding stairs without a handrail and was extremely difficult to lug a suitcase up. Next, my wife fell in the middle of the room because there is no safety markings for a step down in the center of the room. Overall, this accommodation was way...

"Very helpful staff! Very welcoming. The rooms were a bit smal, but very clean. I would stay here again. Great location! Near by shops, restaurants, The breakfast was quite nice. Plenty of options. Pancakes, sweets, orange juice, coffee, eggs, meats, cheese, fruit and more. and plenty to do. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was at the heart of the city and made it very convenient to commute to other places in the city! The service was impeccable - right from the check-in to check-out. I had to check-out very early in the morning and the hotel staff were so thoughtful with helping me arrange for a taxi to pick me up at a scheduled time and prepare a breakfast box for me to take. The room was beautiful and I loved using the spa amenities as well! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! :-)"

"Zentral gelegene Unterkunft nicht weit vom Bahnhof Bento entfernt in schöner Straße. Das Bett in meinem Cosy-Zimmer war sehr bequem. Das Bad war recht groß und hatte eine sehr breite Regendusche. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist gewesen, dass sich die Fenster des Zimmers im 2. Stock hinter einer nach oben hin offenen Mauer befinden. Man konnte sie öffnen, aber nur nach oben raussehen. Dafür war es bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig, obwohl es nach vorne zur lebhhaften rua da flores heraus...
