Hotel dekat Mission San Juan Capistrano

"clean room"

"Good enough for the price. Room smelled of mildew and there were about 8 gigantic long leg spiders in the ceiling corners. Ants in the bathroom as well. DESPITE those things, staff was cheerful and the room was clean, bed was comfy. You get what you pay for and I certainly wasn’t paying over $1k a night for the other wedding hotel down the street. "Great hotel"

"The male front desk staff member was rude and unaccommodating during check-in. His attitude and lack of willingness to assist made the check-in experience unpleasant. I expected more professional and courteous customer service."
