"The owners of the hotel have renovated portions of the hotel. The rooms are are large, but lack any real decor or comfort. The mattresses and bedding appeared newer and clean. Not many of the outlets around the room worked. The walls do not insulate sound well and you can hear the televisions of rooms connecting to your room. There is an elevator, but it does not access the floors where there are rooms. The "breakfast" consisted of a carelessly presented microwaved sausage patties, egg...

"The place smelled like dampness or mold somewhere... shower had no pressure and didnt operate properly. I sat at the front desk waiting to purchases snakes for what felt like forever... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, IF ITS YOUR LAST OPTION...SLEEP IN YOUR CAR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!"

"In the middle of a long distance road trip, my wife and I suffered an engine failure. Long story short, we checked into the hotel around 11pm. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. In the morning, the staffers helped us get reorganized and back on the road. We were treated like family. I am sad to say that while our room was lovely, it was not ready for guests. We found dirty bedsheets and small trashy items behind the furniture and around the room. It made for an uncomfortable night…"

"Depot Inn is fabulous. We enjoyed the indoor pool. We also used the propane grill and tables on back patio. We were able to use tables in lobby area for lunch together. We constantly saw staff cleaning. We enjoyed the train museum quality decor. We had numerous families staying for a wedding in a nearby town. We highly recommend the Depot Inn."
