The room was not what i booked for, had to connect two small beds to get the queen bed experience with all the terruble uncomfortable way to sleep. "The hotel is in a great location near the pyramids although the area is run down for such a big tourist destination. The staff are friendly and will help with anything if needed. The hotel shows a pool when you book and states in the description that there is a pool but it is not in use. The breakfast buffet is nice but just ok compared to other hotels. The airport shuttle can be used one way only, not both. The hotel is ok but the description they give when booking is not 100 percent...

The view is simply unbelievable—waking up to the sight of the Pyramids was a dream come true. "I requested the Sphinx view from my room and I got it. Everyone at the hotel did a great job making my stay there a very pleasant one and I truly appreciate it. The rooftop is a great place to hangout at night with the awesome view of the pyramids. They also offer free tea coffee and water. "Beautiful place to stay. The gardens are outstanding but the hotel isn’t well maintained for a 5* place. I didn’t like when the rooms aren’t cleaned promptly and earlier. Sometimes our room was cleaned at 4pm. You come from a tour and visits in town and your room isn’t ready. Unacceptable."
