"Huge resort, very spacious and really excellent buffet spread. The onsen is great, easy parking, and it's close to the highway hence easy to get anywhere. Getting out to the nice restaurants requires only a short drive downtown. The rooms ans facilities are a bit old and dated but it is good value."

"Great hotel! The room was spacious with a fantastic view. The lounge was great to hang out in with free snacks and draft Sapporo beer. They also had a free shuttle that takes you to Odori park and the train station during the Snow Festival. This will be my goto place for next year. "

"Located in a residential district with narrow streets and no sidewalks. The parking is two short blocks away at a commercial lot without in/out privileges. Costco Hiroshima is in walking distance. Overall, we liked the nontouristy experience. The air conditioning worked very well. The beds were comfortable. "
