"It has a shuttle service from the Sendai station to the hotel. Great view from room and Onsen. The decor is slightly dated but in good shape. I would visit again!"

"The onsen was fantastic, so were the restaurants. We ran into several language issues so best to go with a local or if you can speak the language - there are a small handful of staff who could speak English but otherwise, it was usually a comical scene of chickens talking to ducks :) There are free shuttle pick ups from Sakunami station - the trains run hourly from Sendai station so you can be sure of a yellow bus waiting for you when you get off. I believe there is also ONE daily pick up...

"良くも悪くも、この地方のバブル期の感じの宿でした。 サービスは一般的な他の宿の数段上ですが… それじゃない感が… 料理も美味しく、素人目に見てもいい素材を使ってます。 隠し包丁を入れずに箸で切れる牛タンとか久しぶりに食べました。 祝い事での利用でしたが、子供も多くいたので騒がしい中、スタッフの方々は良くして頂きました。 露天付き客室の雰囲気も良かったので、今回のような(子供が多く、足の不自由な人もいる)使い方であれば非常に良かったと思います。 カップルには向かないかな？"

"This is a Japanese Ryokan with a great view and quiet area. They serve a great meal too. I would just say that their hot springs are kinda limited, but if you have a room with your private outdoor bath, it is totally worth it!"

"Great traditional Japanese Ryokan. They were comfortable with foreigners and did thier best to make us feel welcome. The Onsen was a wonderful and the dinner and breakfast provided were amazing. Probably some of the best Miso I have had. If you are not familiar with Onsen, I recommend watching a YouTube video or two to get an idea of what needs to be done. It is about a 15 minute Taxi ride to the Zao Fox Village, which is worth visiting as well."
