"The restaurant for dinner had a nice menu. The breakfast buffet was decent, but not fantastic. The hotel setting is beautiful, but our room was arranged so that when the door opened from the hallway, the bed was right there. We did not like the arrangement of the room, and it was very, very dark with a tiny window looking out into the back unloading dock."

"The hotel is clean and updated. There is a parking deck, which protects your vehicle from inclement weather. Breakfast is great, and they also have a light dinner with nice buffet options. All staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Everything was great from the staff, to the accommodations and parking. We had an issue with the height of the toilet but didn't say anything to management. The toilet height was VERY low, which was a problem for a member of our party. Overall, we'd definitely recommend this property as clean, safe and customer friendly."

"A/C didn’t work in the room. We asked front to fix it. My daughter ended up fixing it. The maids service was lacking. We didn’t get the room we booked. We booked a suite and we got a regular room. "

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You can't beat the free 5:30 kickback! The food and drinks were great! We would definitely stay at this location again the next time we are in St. Louis."

"Phenomenal staff, the warm cookie each evening is a nice touch. The rooms themselves are rather dated, even the television sets are smaller (42”) outdated LCD panels. I understand that they work, but you will need to bring your own device. One central microwave is available in the business center downstairs, but there’s no way to know that. Having said that, the bar and food is really good! And again, I can’t speak highly enough about the staff."

"I left some items behind in the shower Saturday, April 11, 2026 when I checked out called the hotel and was told the housekeeping supervisor looked and didn’t see anything.. NO THEY TOOK MY BELONGINGS"

"The room needed extra bedding for the couch pullout bed but overall, nice clean room. The pool is under construction so cannot be used. The complimentary breakfast was a good variety of food and drinks. The parking is $10, not the $5 Expedia states. I would visit again when the pool construction is completed. "
