"I was disappointed in the staff at the Moab location. They were rude and had poor customer service skills. Asked a gentleman behind the desk where to put trash which was 2 cups and a paper towel and response was in the trash can. No direction to assist where it was located and went on his way to sweeping the rug inside main tent.
You see staff riding around on property but will not stop to ask if you need anything when you are walking on pathways. There are no courtesy rides from main tent...

"The staff did not answer the front desk nor the phone. I was stuck outside at midnight and ended up sleeping in my car as I was unable to check in."
