"Das Zimmer, war recht groß, im Bad gab es Dusche und Badewanne. Allerdings war das Zimmer recht staubig, vor allem der alte Teppichboden. Handtücher waren nicht ausreichend im Zimmer und beim Waschbecken gab es keine Seife. Das Frühstück war gut. Keine riesengroße Auswahl, aber es reicht allemal um gut satt zu werden. Selbst, wenn die Kinder wählerisch sind. Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Das war bei der Buchung ok, dass jetzt 30 Grad waren, ist unser Pech. Das Zimmer lag direkt über der Bar und...

"Room and service is outstanding of this hotel. Only the guests are extremely loud until 03.00am in the morning whether in the surrounded room or outside in front of the windows, that its difficult to get asleep. Furthermore, cigarett smokes comes throught the air conditioning. As the AC also heats in the winter you cannot simply switch off. "

"Die Betten sind super bequem! Alles hat perfekt funktioniert und reibungslos. Frühstück war ok. Wenn es viel los ist, kommen die Mitarbeiter*innen nicht so ganz hinterher mit den auffüllen.. Die Lage ist super praktisch, es gibt eine Straßenbahn Haltestelle in der Nähe und das Fénix Museum, sehr empfehlenswert!"

Ate in the restaurant which was great and the breakfast was full of choice and plentiful. Left early on the last day and we were given 2 cool bags with wide variety of foods . I would just ask for more crockery (even for 2 people 1 mug/1 shallow plate/ 1 small bowl each is really too little) and more cutlery as well (a ladle would also be great). "Plain room. Carpets definitely need to be steam cleaned. Very minimal amenities. Good for an overnight waiting on a flight, but would not recommend for a lengthy stay. The highlight was that the breakfast had a great assortment of foods and beverages."

"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...
