"The property was nice, staff were really good but our 1 Bedroom Suite needs to be updated. The mat in the front door was so old and dirty. The bedroom was small, hallway in the unit was small and tight. Bathroom ceiling was dirty and had a hole. Our air conditioner went out 2X. Hallway path towards the room was so dark. Please make some change."

"We had a wonderful stay at Napili Shores Maui! The location was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for our family getaway. We loved being so close to Napili Bay and having easy access to the beach, restaurants, and other parts of Maui.
The property had a relaxing tropical atmosphere, the grounds were well maintained, and it was a great place to come back to after exploring the island. We especially enjoyed the ocean views, sunsets, and quiet surroundings.
