Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, Check-in was smooth, and throughout our stay the team was professional, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of. The location was another highlight. It’s in a great spot with easy access to the city centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it convenient to explore Leeds on foot. It’s an excellent base. Close to the train station.I’d definitely stay here again."

"The location was the plus point for me. Only stayed the one night. The room was clean and tidy. A bit too warm for me no air-con or fan. Asked for shower tray but all are showers over baths. Did not have breakfast this trip but on-site food is a positive. The price was very competitive. Overall 4 out of 5."

"Fantastic location, good value for money. Staff are a delight. Rooms dated and a bit spartan, need a refurb but have aircon and big bathtubs. Breakfast good value if prebooked. Wait for the lifts can be annoying. If you’re not put off by the 1990s vibe it is a solid choice."

"On our return to the hotel this time we were greeted with a warm welcome from Wellington the night receptionist who depite our late arrival was very helpful. Stewart the Manager and the whole team went out of their way to make us feel at home with every need taken care of. We will look forward to our next visit."
